As you complete your recommendation for an idea's disposition, you may want to add notes to be reviewed by the Expedition Sponsor, which can be used when determining the actual disposition of the idea.
To add Recommendation notes to an idea:
From the My Ideas page, click the hyperlink in the Title column for the idea you plan to refine.
Review the summary, any attachments, and any peer reviews for the idea.
Rate the idea based on the MASS questions presented.
Make a recommendation on the idea.
Click in the Recommendation Notes field, and type you notes on the recommendation.
Click the 
button
to save your refinement.
Use the Notes section of the Refinement Area, located below the Recommendation section, as a scratch pad to jot down thoughts regarding the idea, the process, reviews, etc. These personal notes will not be seen by the Sponsor or Author of the idea.
