As a member of a Refinement Group, one of your key tasks is to make a recommendation on the disposition of an idea. You should base your recommendation on the information available for the idea and the assessment based on how you rated the idea.
To make a recommendation on an idea:
From the My Ideas page, click the hyperlink in the Title column for the idea you plan to refine.
Review the summary, any attachments, and any peer reviews for the idea.
Rate the idea based on the MASS questions presented.
Scroll to the Recommendation section.
Click the 
button
preceding your choice for recommended course of action.
Add Notes for the sponsor if applicable.
Click the 
button
to save your refinement.
