ideaRiver uses the Mass Attribute Score System (MASS) to provide assessment of an idea's potential. MASS questions are weighted as they are assigned to each Expedition by the River Guide. This allows the Refinement Group to assess each idea fairly and objectively by using the same questions to rate and rank the ideas.
To rate an idea:
From the My Ideas page, click the hyperlink in the Title column for the idea you plan to refine.
Review the summary, any attachments, and any peer reviews for the idea.
Scroll to the Rate this Idea section.
For each rating question, click
the 
button that corresponds most closely to your assessment
of the idea.
You may modify your selections at any point until you save the refinement with a recommendation.
