Scroll the page to the Refinement Team Members section.
Click the hyperlink in the email column.
Compose and send your email.
If your River Guide has assigned you to a Refinement Group, you have a role in assessing and rating ideas for feasibility, risk and other factors, and making a recommendation on how and whether to proceed with implementing ideas.
Ideas sent to you for refinement appear on the My Ideas page, where you can access the Refinement Area to:
Contact a refinement team member.
Refinement Group members with a Primary role are required to refine an idea. If you have been assigned the Secondary role, then you can choose not to refine an idea.
To access the Refinement area:
Log into ideaRiver.
Click the My Ideas tab.
Scroll the My Ideas page to the My Refinement Group Ideas section.
Click the hyperlink in the Title column.
The Refinement Area displays.
