If you cannot log into ideaRiver successfully, you can use the hyperlink from the Sign In page to generate a temporary password, which must be changed upon the next log in.
To reset your password:
Open your internet browser.
Type the URL for ideaRiver into the address bar.
When the ideaRiver Sign In page displays, click the I have forgotten my password hyperlink.
When the Reset My Password page displays, type your User Name into the field.
Click the 
button.
The Reset My Password page refreshes with a confirmation message that the new password has been sent to your email address.
When the email message arrives in your inbox, review the instructions to enter the new password.
Return to your internet browser, and click the Return to Login page hyperlink.
Enter your User Name.
Press [Tab] and enter the new password.
Click the
button.
The Change Password page displays.
Enter the old password (sent in the email).
Press [Tab] and enter a new password.
Press [Tab] and reenter the password.
Click the Change Password button.
The ideaRiver Welcome page displays.
